Incident Report
Record and report detailed information regarding accidents and incidents in the workplace. Comprehensive and customizable reports can be easily generated for use by administration or physicians.
Level of Care Assessment
Record and archive resident level of care assessment results and notes. Detailed status reports can be generated using such functions as date range, score, etc.
Here & Gone
A customizable listing of employees and their respective
status. Listing displays whether the associate is 'In'
or 'Out' of the office, their job title, and any notes left
by the employee indicating a possible return time.
Phone Listing
A live database keeps track of employee names, telephone
extensions, departments, job titles, etc. The listing
can be easily updated and everything being displayed is
current.
